BioMedZA provides professional delivery, installation, and commissioning of medical refrigeration equipment across South Africa.
Our trained technicians will:
• Deliver the equipment to your facility
• Install and position the unit
• Verify correct temperature operation
• Provide basic user guidance
Delivery costs are calculated based on province at checkout.
We aim to get your order out the door within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) once it has been approved.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date you place your order.
- Arrival Times: Your actual delivery date may vary based on the carrier’s schedule, your location, and the specific items you ordered.
- Separate Packages: To get your items to you as fast as possible, they may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll provide you with a more accurate tracking estimate.

We are not responsible for damage incurred on third party transport.
Small items can be delivered by courier where no installation will be done. It will be DIY, but our technicains are available to assist with the process.
